Vilnius, Lithuania, 12 April, 2018

On April 12, C3EU team conducted the training for the 19 participants, including 13 diplomats from the Lithuanian MFAT engaged in divisions working with Ukraine, OSCE, the EU, Middle East or in Energy and Security and 6 students from the MA programme on International Relations from the Vytautas Magnus University. The event was opened by an address from Mr Borisovas, Director of the Latin America, Africa, Asia and Pacific Department at the MFA of Lithuania, who remained during the training. C3EU newsletters were distributed.

The event included three sessions: 1) on media findings and skills of media monitoring; 2) on elite perceptions and skills of communicating with elites via Twitter; and 3) on youth opinion and skills of communicating with youth as a target audience via You Tube. It was a highly interactive, dynamic and information-and-skills packed event.
