On June 4, C3EU presented a public event at the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao. The panel featured presentations by Prof. Natalia Chaban, Dr. Patrick Müller and Prof. Noe Cornago, an expert in diplomacy and public diplomacy. It triggered an engaged discussion. The audience accounted for around 20 people, featuring students, academics, journalists and members of civil society.
