C3EU and the Vilnius Institute of Political Analysis (VIPA) organised public presentation. In total 40 stakeholders attended the event, including representatives of civil society, media, academics, think tankers, diplomats (from Ukrainian and Israeli embassies), defence and security professionals. C3EU newsletters were distributed; three sessions of presentations were followed by questions-and-answers sessions. The team of presenters was then interviewed by the Lithuanian analytical journal “IQ”. The event was also filmed by the VIPA staff and recorded for podcasts.
