Kyiv, Ukraine (June 6-9, 2018)
The C3EU Senior Partner Meeting #8 took place on June 6-9, 2018 in Kyiv, Ukraine. The meeting set up the schedule for the final stage of the C3EU project. The participants exchanged their plans for the upcoming dissemination events and publications as well as their record of academic achievements so far. The members of the C3EU team presented on their progress regarding contribution to the Special Issues in “European Security” and “Cognition and Communication”; the schedules for the contributions were confirmed.
The partners also prepared to run three high profile public events in Kyiv targeting different audiences. The first event took place on June 7 on the base of the Embassy of Lithuania in Ukraine, where C3EU results were presented to diplomats, international relations practitioners, representatives of media and academia. The second event took place on June 8 the Kyiv National University on the base of the international conference for academicians and practitioners, with the C3EU having its specific panel. The third event was organised on June 8 with the Foreign Policy Council “Ukrainian Prism”. Held at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, it presented C3EU results to leading experts in foreign policy, international relations and policy analysis. The three events demonstrate the scope and impact of the project on the audience in Ukraine.
