Natacha completed her LLB in 2018 and is currently reading for an LLM (International Law & Politics) at UC. She has worked as a research assistant in a QuakecoRE grant researching the concept of “vulnerability” in international human rights law in a disaster context, and assisted in coordination with the Wellington Region Emergency Management Organisation (WREMO), to develop a proposal for a collaborative governance structure between local and central governments in a disaster context.
